2.  If you made the appointment online, you will receive a phone call from our inspector to confirm appointment and discuss the inspection fees.

3.  Review the Inspection Agreement (using the "Inspection Agreement" link).  Print and sign a copy to deliver to the inspector on the day of the inspection.

4.  Make payment via credit card online or arrange for payment by cash or check prior to the start of the inspection.

5.  Meet the inspector at the property at the appointed time. We welcome and encourage our clients to accompany us during the inspection, however, it is not required.

6.  The inspection will last approximately three hours. We will inspect structural items (foundations, floors, roof, ceilings, and stairways), physical elements (grounds, driveways, ventilation, fireplaces, etc.), and mechanical systems such as plumbing and electrical, furnaces, air conditioners, and other major appliances.

7.  If  radon testing is requested, sample canisters will be placed and will be retrieved at a pre-determined time. (Usually in a few days.)

8.  A complete report will be available via internet within 24 hours.  A password protected link will be sent to you via email when the report is finished.  If you do not have internet access, hard copies of the report will be delivered to you.
